How do I place an order?

You can do it in two ways:
1. Add the artworks to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Contact us either through phone call, email or the contact form and we will sort it for you.

Which payment method do you support?

You can place the order through PayPal and Crypto.com.

How does the shipping work?

We have partnered with several art shipping companies around the world to offer a tailored delivery service to you, from packaging, insurance to delivery.
Depending on the artist’s and your location, we will choose the most appropriate delivery option (usually automatically during checkout) for you.

I have placed an order, what next?

After we have received your order and payment, we will take care to arrange the shipping and delivery for you. We will keep you updated on the progress of the delivery until it arrives safely.

I have trouble placing an order, is there another way to buy?

How do i check the progress of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed, and another when the artwork is shipped. You can also check the order status in your account.

I have received my order but have questions, what do i do?

Simply contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Can I request certain artists or artworks to be listed?

Certainly. Contact us and let us know what you have in mind and we will see what we can do. We always welcome new artists to join us.

Where do you source the artists?

We have a well-established worldwide network through a long career in the art industry. Our co-founder Betty also has extensive knowledge and experience as a former artist, now art appraiser and art collection advisor.
As we were once artists ourselves, we have a clear vision for artworks and we select them on the basis of their value as ‘art for art’s sake’. We strongly believe that outstanding artworks are a comfort zone for your capital, and now we can assist your art collection with confidence.

How do you make sure all artworks are genuine?

We only represent carefully selected artists and their artworks. We check the artworks before they go online for sale and check them again after they are sold before shipping.
